Wendy's In Virg - Sandbridge

My wife and I love Wendy's, we stopped at this one in Va beach didn't expect any miracles. Tight place . The folks that here in line at the drive through were impatient rude to each other and there was almost a fight . The people would skip out after ordering and the guy in front of us didn't even give order ,he just took ours. but the employees just took it all in stride . They retook our order and they were kind and fast as it could be... good food as usual... My hat is off to to the guys at Va. Beach Wendys they have to overcome a lot a still come through 5 stars baby...

Frosty after mini-golf, yes please, staff was a little slow but they were doing the best they could with the staff they had available

I was denied a kids meal for my 9 yo because she looks like a big kid . Very rude employees.

Terrible service. After ordering and going to the window they told me they were out of a lot of things after we asked “will we still be charged full price even though you are out of a lot of things” the guy said yeah I charged you full price and was very annoyed when we asked what he had in exchange. Will be disputing the charge in my card forsure as we estimated we paid about $40 for our meal and got maybe $15 worth of what we actually ordered. Never coming here again terrible customer service should be replaced with a different restaurant.

Absolutely terrible experience and will not be going back ever again. Went through the drive thru, completed my order, was not told there were any issues. Only after handing over my card and being charged for the two full meals plus some extra was I told they were out of practically everything. I asked if I was already charged was told yes and then was given like no substitution options. Wasn't asked if I wanted a refund and as I had already been charged it was too late to change our mind. Would have appreciated the heads up before ordering just to receive just about everything wrong or altered.
