Contribuiți la feedbackMy experience here was a bit surreal. I walked into the restaurant at 8:20 p.m. there was a man and woman sitting at the bar chatting. Both had drinks in front of them. I sat down at my table and turned on my computer and waited for 13 minutes. I listened to the two chat at the bar. About ready to get up and go find out where the waiter was, the man got up from the bar and walked over to my table. I thought he was going to sit down with me, but instead he informed me that the restaurant was closed. He literally sat at the bar and drank and talked while I, the customer, sat less than 10 ft behind him waiting for his service. This establishment should be shut down. No establishment with such incompetent service should be allowed to handle food.
Apparently, a club wrap that is supposed to include turkey, ham, and bacon instead is turkey ham and bacon. What a joke. Eat anywhere else but here. Garbage. Update: the Chef verified that they were out of turkey. Eat a candy bar folks before you ever consider this place.
ANA served us at the Bistro....She is AMAZING! Not only was the food and atmosphere nice but Ana gave it that extra touch with her EXCELLENT service beautiful smile!!! She made it a WOW for us, definitely recommend this place!!!
The lady who served my dinner and my drink gives excellent service she was kindly, I will be back. This was Saturday May 7/22
On 1/5/22 I ordered 2 double Long Island iced teas to be delivered by room service and was charged $135.00. Of course I knew this was a mistake, so when I spoke to the manager GUSTAVO VALENCIA he was rude and upset that I asked to get a receipt so I can look at the charges. He said since I ordered a double Long Island I was charged double the price. I asked him even if it were a triple on no planet would I ever pay $135.00 for 2 drinks! He yelled at me and was irate that I called him on it and was writing so hard on the receipt that he tore the paper. I got my money back but, I will be writing corporate and making a complaint. I will be sure to write a review on every platform I can find about this guy. He has zero customer service skills and no business in the hospitality industry.
