Starbucks Coffee - San Marcos

I had a fantastic experience with the incredibly friendly barista at the ordering counter! She mentioned twice how delicious my Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with one pump of vanilla and an extra shot sounded, and I have to agree—it really is yummy!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant thanks to Bryan, the lead supervisor. He kindly treated me to my order of a Venti Chai Latte and a Danish for free. It was taking me a while to find my wallet in my purse to pay with one of my credit cards since the Apple Pay on my phone wasn’t working—unlike it had just done at Marshalls. I was feeling frustrated and a bit flustered, worried that I was causing a delay in line. Bryan noticed my struggle and spoke to me in a calm and kind manner, telling me that my order was on the house and to enjoy my day. He truly made my day! Thank you, Bryan—you’re awesome!

This location is typically great, but they recently changed staff. I walked up to the pickup window and a girl who was standing there on her phone looked at me then continued looking at her phone....even after knocking on the window I was ignored for a good 2min. Finally opened the window with no hello or anything. Really disappointing service.

Open very strange hours doesn't seem to be busy when it is open. Service has been subpar over the years...I hope it closes re-opens as a Dutch Bros.

They were out about everything of pastries and food boxes. Services wasn't great either. Most of the time they are nice. I guess they were having a bad day.
