Mcdonald's - San Marcos

This location was very clean and there was lots of light coming in from the walls of windows. Even though there was quite a few customers, the 2 cashiers working the registers were obviously experienced very good at their job. The food came out quickly was as good as always.

Love there Chicken Nuggets and Fresh Fries Sweet and sour sauce Honey sauce Bbq sauce and the spicy chicken and Ice cream Cheeseburgers

Newer building with fresh look Options were available on almost anything. We got the low salt option and food was still flavorful. As always McDonald's was busy but service was still fairly fast.

I am writing this hoping to get more information on this McDonalds. My family in on vacation in San Marcos Texas and ate at this Restaurant. 3 ordered burgers and one Mcnuggets. The 3 who ate the burgers got very ill. I am trying to follow up on this only because my mother who is 90 was very ill for about 24 hours.
