Napolitana - San Juan

The calzone was something between a calzone and a pizza, with only the cheese inside and the other ingredients on the top rather than inside. The eggplant lasagna wasn't actually a lasagna; there were no lasagna pasta sheets at all. It had cooked bits of eggplant in a bowl covered with melted cheese. Overall expensive for the lack of quality.

The first time. Pizza was delicious, took about 5 min and tasted amazing. The second time I'm pretty sure they forgot our order bc it had been over 30 min before they even started cooking it.

Crust is Vegan. Asked for Vegan Pizza Pie and was told Crust is Vegan. I requested a Veggie Pizza which was a medium size. Since I rejected the two cheeses it came with I requested at least a substitute in ingredients they said no. The pizza crust was good but the overall pizza was just ok.

Pizza was pretty disgusting tbh. It wasn't cooked properly at all and all the cheese was falling off. I couldn't hold a slice in my hand in fact without the pizza turning into a sort of slime. I ordered the margherita.

We had a prosciutto thin crust pizza. it was delicious. recommend napolitano if you are looking for a fast, cost-effective option when you stay in the caribe hilton.
