I just asked for the Louie and I must admit that my expectations were quite high and have been fulfilled. Meat: 10/10 high quality ground meat cooked to perfection, with a pink center. Pan: 10/10 A quality bun with 'sesame seeds' that wrap the burger. Bacon: 10/10 bacon strips toasted enough and without excess fat. Cheese 9/10 American cheese, I'd like to try Louie with another cheese. Vegetables: 9/10 caramelized onions, lettuce and tomato. Fried potatoes have also been seasoned to give you a touch of flavor that goes along with the burger. I hope to come back soon and try another burger. Excellent and from here!
