Contribuiți la feedbackSince the being to the end the experience was awful, zero customer service, employees do not offer any help or being attentive to your needs, there was only two tables and four different waitress, they all were using their cell phones or sitting on the...booths. They don’t have any idea of how to serve, food takes about 30 minutes to get out of the kitchen and and to make it even worst the 3 dishes I ordered cake out at the same time with out giving me the change to fully enjoy every dish.; My waitress never came back to check if I needed anything extra. Is a shame because the location and the place is good, don’t waste your money in average food and poor service.
Having read the other reviews, I believe the visit is certainly effected by your server. The Crispy roll was below average yet the other roll was pretty nice. The menu was several pages with many photos and in English. They were unable to make our...first choice : so we had to make other selections. The food was presented well. As mentioned before, the server was awful, and made no attempt to slow her Spanish down for us to understand. As a result she made mistakes in the order, which we accepted graciously. The restaurant was empty except for a few people at the bar. I would not return to this restaurant. Instead I would go next door to LA Marea which serves excellent food, with excellent service.
A great place to eat Japanese food, the yakimeshi special it's three best!!! We celebrate a birthday and was awesome.
If you seat outside bring your megaphone to let them know you that you need service. 5 waitresses: three close to the bar and two in the cashier inside talking but not paying attention to the costumers. Second try in this franchise and it is...the same. Three months ago I went to the restaurant in La Paz BCS Mexico and the waitresses inserted her finger in my food to confirm that they gave me a shrimp roll when I ordered no shrimp. What she was thinking when she did it? I even sent a note on Facebook and no comments from the manner l managers. I leave you the decision to choose this Restaurant for your meal. Good look!!!
If you haven't experienced a Martini and Sushi restaurant in Mexico , in San Jose del Cabo, with the Simpsons in Spanish on TV you haven't lived. We love this place. The sushi is really good, the choices many and the prices unbelievably low . Service...is excellent too, but little English spoken. That shouldn't stop you as photos of the various dishes, hand signals and Spanglish easily do the trick. And it's fun and friendly to boot. Lots of fancy Martini's, if you choose to partake, also add to the fun of this place. It's a clean modern and simple decor, no frills and quite pleasant. A fun family place , the great martinis not withstanding. It's in the shopping center on the other side of the street from Comer and down a little (1/4 mile) in the direction of San Lucas. Try it. You'll like it. We did. Several times now.
