The Baja Beach Club

They said thats the best brothel in town, apparently it was true many years ago, now its mostly old ladies asking for 100$. Very noisy place, rooms are stinky, no air flow, I upgraded to a room with a balcony for +35$/night so I could breathe, my previous room had no window! The staff was somewhat cool and allowed me to do a late checkout +1h at no fee. All the younger and prettier ladies are at Taormina apparently, if you want to bring girls to your room they will charge you 15$/night esch

BUYER BEWARE: Do not make a reservation here! Go to Taormina and have a good time. Casino is closed allegedly due to tax evasion and fraudulent activity. This place is dead and the hotel looks abandoned. We showed up for a birthday weekend and found out the hard way. Learn from our mistake and STAY AWAY!

Never reserved a room at Hotel Del Rey, however have mucho fond memories. Plenty of shenanigans in the 1st floor lobby. The Key Largo and Del Rey complimented each other. One has a casino and the other had I've music. The Key Largo has become family oriented. So their rating has gone from R to PG.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Del Rey as a couple. We had a great time! Every staff member we encountered did an amazing job. Excellent service! Our room was clean quite and cozy. The towels and linens were immaculate. The location is excellent for walking in the park. Shopping. Museums. And great food. Try Chubbs Sports Bar and Restaurant just down the street. Yes! There are many women there looking for company. Cool! An excellent cultural experience. We highly recommend.

The bar at the first floor ripped me off by $50. They admitted and said that they would refund, which never happened. Just be careful. That is the country's culture.
