Subway - San Jose

On September 30th, 2023, I had a negative experience at this restaurant. The cashier had a terrible attitude when I arrived at 4:30pm and asked if they were closing soon, which was still 30 minutes before their closing time. He seemed disgusted by my question and then proceeded to take my order for teriyaki chicken. When he began adding vegetables, he only included 2 pieces of each kind and I had to specify that I did not want onions. His reaction was bizarre, as he became angry and slammed his hand on the table, cursing under his breath. He acted as if he was doing me a favor by giving me my food, despite the fact that I was paying for it. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a business person before.

The phone is not being answered at this restaurant. I have been trying to call to inquire about my order, but no one is picking up the phone.

Garbage place, DO NOT GO. They cancel your online order if you have use any promo provided by subway app and make you wait and pay full price. reporting to corporate.

I had to leave a bad review because the customer service here is very poor. The lady with glasses that helped me was very rude and for some reason when I asked for oil and vinegar she drenched my sandwich with it. I won't come back here.

I ordered a BLT but when I got home, I realized that my sandwich only had bacon, mayonnaise, and mustard on it. I went back to the restaurant and asked them what ingredients are supposed to go on a BLT.
