Jack In The Box - San Jose

I order breakfast every morning, usually the same thing: eggs and bacon. However, they always seem to mess up my order and give me something I didn't ask for, like pancakes. This has happened three times now, but this is the first time I've decided to complain about it.

The food is excellent, and the staff is decent, but the presence of homeless individuals around the area is quite concerning. That's the reason I prefer to use the drive-thru.

The location is fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the two tacos I had were delicious.

Bad service... Ordered Munchi box and asked to substitute tacos (as I don 't eat beef) with fries (simply don 't want taco, and put extra fries).. all branches doing it. The answer We don 't do that here !!! I just threw the tacos ????

The service of this restaurant sucks in terms of customer service. For instance, the bathroom had signs that they were out of service , yet employees were using it. While I was there , I was present and saw and heard how the manager was refusing for anelderly disabled person to use the restroom. Restrooms should be open to paying customers which this lady was. Also a cup ofwater was being sold for .50 cents as kids from a nearby school were coming in. I hate to do this but people need to learn andbehave better. When you work with the public, kindness is necessary. And usually after you eat , the next thing is to use therestroom which is necessary to have clean and open.
