Tasty Dining - San Gabriel

After a selfcare day with my husband, we decided to stop by here for lunch. We ordered the Griddle Dry Pot with two different types of protein. We chose the bullfrog and the beef short ribs with an additional king oyster mushroom add-on. The bullfrog was definitely very different for me, but my husband loved it. The beef short ribs were also a different texture, but nonetheless, everything was tasty. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the potatoes and cauliflower in the pot. We also ordered the Grilled Fish but in a Spicy sauce. OMG! It was our favorite dish! It has like a spicy, but tolerable Schezuan sauce which was super flavorful. We finished the fish in what felt like seconds. It was so soft and tender. Very easy to eat. My husband almost wanted to take the sauce home. Because there is a lot of flavors going on with the dishes, highly suggest ordering steamed rice since it doesn't come with either order. If we ever come back, we'd definitely come back for that. Our service was cool, and we got our food served pretty quickly. The place is not too big, but there is indoor seating. There's free parking in the plaza on top or on the bottom.

Each dish was flavorful and perfectly cooked! The Bullfrog and Pork Ribs were tender and savory, while the Chicken Wing and Squid had a great texture. The Noodles with Sesame Sauce were rich and thick. You'll be ordering via a QR code on the table, which is super convenient. We got their Master Large Size for both our main dishes, which was perfect for 4 hungry people. Be mindful of the spice levels medium spice was perfect for me, but might be too much for those who prefer milder flavors.

The food is too salty and lack of meat. The service is disappointing! I felt like I’m the person who begged for food here. AVOID this place !!!!!!There are too many other options!!!!!!!

They forgot our order and kept us waiting for half an hour without telling us why until we pay the bill and offer suggestions, just keep saying your food will be out soon. The service staff was ok, but the best way to deal with it would be to offer discounts to customers for the best sincerity! It was super stuffy and hot inside because there was no air conditioning! Water can be change to ice water as well since summer is coming!
