My favorite boba spot around! (And I try many boba locations… Their brown sugar milk tea is fantastic and the white gourd milk tea is their house special!

7$ for water and ice tasted like nothing not even green for matcha boba

Very (extremely) slow. No customers in line and they still took 20 minutes to give me 2 coffees!

The boba has just the right texture. They have a lot of premium tea selections to choose from besides classic and green will tea. The tea while not blended perfectly with the milk is well done. They have a pretty decent price for additions. 60 cent for each addition instead of a whole dollar. Overall great experience.
