Tommaso's - San Francisco

The pizza was extremely soggy. There was a mosquito flying around as well on our table. The service could have been much better as well.

This was our first time for neopolotian style. It was delicious! I had the veal picante, the best I have had. My wife had the spaghetti Mariana with meat balls. The meatballs were perfectly seasoned. I asked what the seasoning was but sworn to secrecy. We will be back.

I wanted to grab dinner in North Beach around 2030hrs on a weekday and it was the closest place open. The Veal Piccata was excellent. Their pasta however was not. It came out wet and the gravy was too thick and wouldn't mix. Their lasagna was cold in the center. The bread was also cold and very cakey. The waitress was very helpful! I hear they're famous for their pizza so I will try next as a redemption.

I walked into Tommaso's on a whim and I'm glad I did. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and seated with water. I was able to order immediately and received my food I what felt less than 10 minutes and WOW. I got the lasagna and it was delicious. The meat sauce packed a great flavor that was perfectly balanced with the rest of the dish. Everyone was polite. Will be a staple in my visits to SF.

The place to go for delicious Italian food. The atmosphere is lovely and quaint.
