San Francisco Soup Company

Located in the new shopping center near City Target, this food court offers a fantastic overall selection. If you’re in the mood for a quick meal featuring quality ingredients and healthy choices, the San Francisco Soup Company is definitely worth a visit. They have a wide variety of sandwiches and soups, but I personally suggest focusing on the soups. In my experience, all of their chowders are outstanding!

The restaurant offers a great selection of soups and creative menu combinations. The menu is easy to navigate, highlighting vegetarian soup options and more. However, the service could improve in terms of helpfulness and speed. On a few occasions, I've noticed the staff seemed distracted and not attentive to me or other customers.

This restaurant offers an affordable and quick dining option, conveniently situated close to Union Square and the SF Westgate Shopping Mall, right next to the Powell BART station (on the lower level). All gluten-free soups are clearly labeled, which is a huge plus. I've never had any issues after eating here. It's great to be able to enjoy a quick, delicious, and safe meal while out shopping. I usually go for the tortilla soup. While it may not be the absolute best I've had, it’s still very tasty and satisfying—just what I need when I'm on the go.

I had a custom Thai chicken salad, it was well made and tasty. the person serving was genuinely friendly and the service was fast
