Hedge Coffee - San Francisc

I was given a task: Find a coffee barista service for an open house we were having. I approached three different companies, and while Hedge wasn't necessarily the least expensive, what I did receive was a feeling of assurance that they were the right fit for what we wanted. In order for them to have access to our building they had to update their insurance information, which was completed in a timely fashion. They provided me with answers to all of my questions, and, on the date of the event, they arrived on time with their equipment and staff, and proceeded to set up their service. I know that we were very pleased with their service, and having had them for our event, we will look to them again next year.To see a small business with such dedication to the ups and downs and ins and outs of providing everything that is needed, my recommendation is that you take upon yourself the initiative to hire them and see for yourself their professionalism, their candor, their desire to provide a great coffee/tea service, and let everyone enjoy being treated well with a product that many of us relish consuming.Thank you.
