Contribuiți la feedbackIt is old, decor is outdated, many seniors eat here and the location is isolated. What is not to love! It is perfect because it never wait for a table, the food is always fresh and tasty, service is excellent and the restaurant is always clean. I like this place and the crew here.
Good restaurant for dinner, nice salad bar and good ambient sound. Very clean and organized. Salmon Grilled is a good option
I haven't been to a Sizzler since I was a child (I'm not a fan of buffets). Recently, my family and I visited the location in San Dimas and it was one of the best dining experiences ever. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. I was with my 7-month old infant and they ensured I had everything I needed to keep him comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious and came out quick and hot. I had the Italian herb chicken with a side salad. The meat was tender and juicy and flavored to perfection. I was also pleasantly pleased to have a zesty Italian dressing rather than a sweet as most restaurants serve. And I could live on that cheese bread. A+ dining experience. I would absolutely recommend.
I can't eat steak and so I wanted to have the garlic shrimp with my lobster, but the manager said I had to choose from 1 of 2 chicken, so I chose the Malibu chicken. I was willing to pay a little extra for the garlic shrimp. I was charged the full price for the steak and lobster, so I can't understand why I couldn't have had the shrimp and lobster to celebrate my birthday. We were fortunate to get a wonderful Waiter, Freddie. He was busy but very attentive.
I visited the restaurant today (Thursday 10-3-19) and was disappointed to find that it was officially closed. I have been a regular customer here for over 15 years, visiting every week. It is sad to see it close, as the employees were like friends to me. I took some final pictures to remember the good times I had here. Many customers arrived while I was taking pictures, mistakenly thinking the restaurant was still open. The shock on their faces when I informed them of the closure was palpable. Goodbye San Dimas Sizzler, and thank you for all the memories. The food was typical of what you would expect from a Sizzler, but what made this place special were the fantastic wait staff.
