Panera Bread - San Dimas

The food was great. They were made of red sauce and couldn't make pizza for my partner. Server was very personal and helpful.

Not sure why the reviews here are so bad. My experience was pretty good. Service was the outstanding part for me as the food typical Fast Casual, so had not expected to get wow’d, but if I want a chicken salad sandwich, Panera is my walk. Bread so soft in the middle, but with a fantastic chewing crust. Added a cucumber salad to make half and half order for an extra $1.99 and will not make this mistake again. It was not bad, but it was a small Bland and pay extra and not get their chips (which are the best boiler chips at all) or their bread (which is also quite brilliant) was a disappointment. For the other half-sandwich we tried the chipotle chicken and my GF loved it. Great way to share a quick bite for lunch. As far as the service is concerned, I pre-ordered while I got gas at Costco next door. When I came in, I really didn't know where to go or what to do. There were people standing around and there were signs to join, but there was something confusing because people weren't really dressed. So I asked someone if they were in agreement and he explained that he was waiting for his name to appear on the order screen that had a half of the screen to be prepared and orders that are completed. Makes sense, right? If I only knew. So I scan the screen for my name and didn't find it. A child who helped me earlier came by and asked if I had any questions and when I told him I would rather order it, but did not see my name he had offered to check. He came back immediately and said my order was ready and bagged, which is why my name wasn't there. Cool. I got my order. Last but not least, why did I need help when I was pre-ordered? Well, I love the baguette and because I didn't get one because of the salad, I wanted to buy one. Unfortunately, the site did not have the opportunity to add a baguette, although other bakery items are and it was an option for one page. Some smaller bends to work, but nothing that will keep me away from their chips, baguette or chicken salad. Do not add Chipotle Chicken to the list for my GF. Pro Tip: This place has a ride through!!!! If I had known that I had tried, but this is not my local panera and driving through one are rare in Panera.

This is a great place to learn some done clean toilets, low noise levels and free Wi-Fi!
