Wings Empire - San Diego

Been coming here for a while now, I believe this place used to be a wing and things, than it changed to wingz empire. Honestly im not sure if its new owners or they just changed the name, but this place is still good. I love their food and their quantity, especially their buffalo fries!!! I would have honestly given this place 5 stars but for some reason everytime i order, either through the phone or online, when its time to come pick up my food for some reason its never ready and I gotta wait a little. But honestly besides that really good place. Would recommend.

Food is really really good and not that expensive. I'll be back forsure also ignore my messy table alright. Were pigging out over here

Lady in the counter does not understand wing sauce on the side. She gave me sauce inside and on the side. I was supposed to share with my son (which I did explain)and now cant. Extremely upset at the lady on the counter. Part 2: the situation I was in did not allow me to make another stop which is why I was so upset. I called the lady and told her I was going back for my refund but in a couple of hours for my inconvenience. I ate the fries. Am I wrong for that? When I arrived, the lady asked me for the fries. I told her I ate them and she said next time you need to bring them in?. Really????? I wanted to explode.?. I have no words for that lady. I didn?t get her name. Older Mexican lady with died blond hair. Food was great. My review is about service.

I just went there and there was a older lady,getting Customers orders taking there money. Then she walks towards the back where she was putting ranch in Containers no gloves, then she spills some ranch out of the container wipes it with her finger midnd this NO GLOVES ON! I WALK RIGHT OUT NEVER AGAIN. NASTY.

This used to be my favorite location! I can come here and know I would get good food. It was really disappointing coming here today and get home to find out that I was given heated up fries with chicken. Sauce was dried up and the chicken looked like it was sitting out for a while and that's how the sauce dried out. The nacho cheese for another order was clumpy and out of the can cold... this was disgusting. I live 5-3min away from this location and it was terrible to see how their kitchen standards lowered. This was an order that I went up to the counter and waited for it to be ready. There's no reason why this should be this bad.
