Chris' Liquor And Deli - San Diego

IMO Best deli sandwiches in San Diego. The harpoon, hot pastrami, is a personal favorite. I have not had a bad sandwich yet. It is a little deli and liquor store. Be patient, and you will be rewarded.

Everyone that works here is super friendly. The sandwiches are phenomenal, especially on your way to or on your way home from a long day at the beach.

I lived down in OB during the mid 90s. I remember Chris's liquor back then. Never really went there, because I lived closer to the ocean, down in the war zone. Some really good times back then, Ocean Beach is almost relatively unchanged. Working in the area, so we are always down for a good sandwich. These cats got that figured out. I don't think I've had a better sandwich, anywhere in my life. I've been going there twice a week, for about 3 months. A big feather in the cap and a slice of cudo pie! F yeah! Keep up the good work and thank you for being there.

Best sandwiches in town! Do it, just not when I'm trying to get lunch.. ha!
