I gave the food five stars only because the amazed soup was bomb many veggies and really good, but they work GOTTA on customer service! Barley gave us any sauces, even for the demand for some because they do not offer. Not sure I'm back

Wow! I wanted to give this place the advantage of doubt since the reopening. For starters, the customer service is HORRIBLE. Second, the food sucks! Noodles are hard, and the best part of their teriyaki is nothing but chicken skin not chickens themselves. So disappointed, I really hope they get new property or just stay closed.

Eating was burned and ranked terrible and the order was NOT exactly at all! Every meal should also steamed rice, chow my, vegetables... NIE received Chow my and FOOD was not to eat and the Katsu Chicken was burned and old and boiled in tons old oil... So DISGUSTING! I also called to let the worker/owner know how we did NOT eat well and how No Chow My gave... and he hanged in my face... Do not hesitate to do this to do it to UPSET and DISAPPOINTED!! Look at the pictures that show how disgusting the food looks and how they don't know how to present their food... You want that?

If you're looking for one of the places that keeps stacking the place this is not it. The workers are very hard at hearing also they are rude. I asked for Sriracha sauce she dropped it on the floor and handed it to me I politely asked for another because this one fell on the floor. She rudely looked at me and said it the same thing. It is sad the food Is actually OK but establishment is awful.
