Walk On's Sports Bistreaux San Antonio

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I was surprised at how crowded it was on a Wednesday night! There were TV screens all around, broadcasting various games, which gave the place a lively atmosphere. The crowd was a good sign of the restaurant's quality. Our server, Cynthia, was incredibly friendly, and despite the busy kitchen, our food was served quickly. I ordered the Hickory Burger, and it was absolutely delicious! The Onion Rings were stacked high, just like in the menu photos. Overall, it was a fantastic burger experience! To top it off, we enjoyed a Salted Caramel milkshake, which was amazing! This is definitely a great spot for game day!

We stumbled upon this restaurant while searching for new places to try, and we were pleasantly surprised. It’s an excellent spot for watching the big game, with TVs visible from every angle, and each booth even has its own dedicated TV. The food was good—not exceptional, but certainly not bad either. We would definitely consider returning.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience. On my first visit, I ordered the sweet chili salmon with a side of hush puppies (which aren’t included with the meal). The hush puppies looked a bit burnt, but they were actually the best ones I've ever tasted. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, although the waitresses wore some pretty revealing skirts. There were plenty of TVs, giving it a vibe similar to Buffalo Wild Wings. The only downside was the restroom, which was dirty and had a strong smell of urine. The design of the urinals makes it easy for urine to spill onto the floor, which was quite unpleasant.

Fun and casual atmosphere. Lots of TV?s and good selection of tap beers and a full bar. Awesome Service and the food was cooked perfectly!!! This is a family friendly establishment and kids eat free on Tuesday?s from 5-8 PM.

Another place that we tried out just because we were nearby, but we were pleasantly surprised. It is pub food, but pretty decent and with a Louisiana spin, so much more unique than cookie-cutter places like Applebees or Chili's. We got the BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich, Pastalaya, and Surf Turf Burger. The food was good and we love getting menu items that you can't get everywhere, so we may be back. I mean, how many restaurants serve hand battered alligator?
