Rainforest Cafe - San Antonio

I asked the hostess about gluten-free options. She said yes and sent us to the 3rd floor. We were met by the next host who asked if I were the gluten-free guest. Right now, she brought Chef Fernando. He explained the bread he found, his best pasta dish and others. He made me feel so comfortable. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries (because fries are a leak for people like me! He has dedicated frits for gluten-free, seafood, gluten products, etc. I felt safe and confident order! Wow! Delicious lunch with great service from hostesses, cook and our server, Ebony!

We were here 1st March with 4 adults and 2 children. Wonderful experience! The food was so good!! Super confusing as so many other reviews said it was bad. all of us enjoyed everything so much! We were on the 3rd floor, it was a great experience! Our server was over everything! He didn't forget anything and we had drinks and refills as soon as we needed them. I had quietly asked him to make sure that I got the check and he made it super easy to take care of him before my bounty even noticed! The rest of the staff we were interacting with was also great. In any case, she seems to love where they work and get out of the industry, which is great to see. When we get back to the area, we definitely come back in!!

We had an amazing experience in this place. Eric Garza was the manager and our server on this floor and he was amazing that it was our sons' birthday. He was such a great host and would definitely recommend him and her staff. The food was superior to most other Rainforest Cafes we visited. He said you were the man.... That you are back for this great experience

Here for my 2 year with my partner, the decoration, layout and staff were amazing AND SO WAS THE FOOD!!! We had a reservation so that we came quite fast, and although it is a bit expensive, it is definitely worth the food and the overall experience. Was some of the best foods I had in a while and honest was a very nice place, most people expect it to be a novelty place, but all about it is amazing! 10/10. Also a prop to the amazing staff and cook, and the gift shop was also very cute!

I came in here to celebrate my daughter’s 6th birthday on 4/9/22 . It was a great choice , she loved it . No online reservation needed , we only waited about 30 minutes for a table and that was on a Saturday afternoon and it was for a family of 3 . The food and drinks were perfect. Thank you to our waiter Zia that helped me celebrate my daughters birthday we’ll be back very soon .
