People who work here are very friendly. Food is consistently good.

Eating is great! only 2 complain; I ordered online and they alerted me, my food was ready. I'm waiting because they didn't start eating me? Salted caramel shake tasted like pure vanilla. but burger. .always amazing.

Music was loud! Employees conversing loud so they could hear each other. Music could be heard outside as well. Food was not great for the price. We had eaten in New Braunfels once before and this place was nothing like it. Three burgers, one fry and three drinks...over $50!Would not mind price if food was excellent. Never again.

Good for what it is fast food. It's not 19.84 good and that's for a cheeseburger, small fry and a medium drink. Expensive. French fries are delicious though.

Five Guys has very friendly staff, and the fries are definitely the best deal out of any fast food establishments.That being said, the burgers are not the best. The flavor was good, but all the toppings make eating it a logistical nightmare. Be sure to have a lot of napkins on hand.The price for the burger is also an exorbitant amount. A meal there costs over 20 dollars, and that’s just for a bacon cheeseburger with regular fries and a drink. I think i’d rather just go to Whataburger.
