The food wasn't fresh, but the coffee was good, so I'd give it 2 stars. The service was fast, but they had already run out of many items by noon.

The service was excellent, and the food was great! My toddler particularly enjoyed the donut with sprinkles, and I loved my iced mocha.

We arrived just two hours before closing, only to find that they were out of most of their donuts—only pumpkin and jelly were available. Unfortunately, none of those appealed to us, and they refused to make any more. We decided to leave without placing an order. If you're going to sell donuts, it's important to ensure there's enough to meet demand.

Sold me what I can only describe as yesterday's donuts. If I go to H‑E‑B at 1030 pm and buy the last donut on the rack, it's fresher than these.

Every time the young guy is acting manager, I know I'm going to be late for work. When the lady is managing, it's always a pleasant experience. She alone deserves five stars. But today she wasn't there. I placed a mobile order, when I pulled up to the drive-thru there were a few cars in front of me. The guy was standing outside doing nothing. He went inside by the time I got to the window bc he informed me they didn't have pumpkin. Yay. He said it would take too long for him to run to another store to get some. Weird thing to say... I didn't know that was an option. So I picked another flavor and he told me to pull up to the front parking lot. I waited and waited and waited until I looked at the clock and I should have already been at work. I went inside and saw him making a drink and put it aside by the drive-thru window. There were a bunch of people waiting for their drinks inside. A few of them had been waiting in the parking lot like me. I finally asked for my drink and sure enough, it was the drink he had made and set aside. This guy doesn't know how to manage. He's very slow and doesn't want to work. Get a new manager.
