Contribuiți la feedbackI try to not give bad reviews and give places another chance but we are past that point. I used to order from here several times a week. Now maybe every week or two because the quality and customer service have become horrible. Today I ordered 3 sandwiches. Two were fine. One was basically bread. a few small pieces of meat, not even the length of the bread and very few vegies. Picked up on my lunch break. Person working was rude. Did not say anything to me. Moved slower than a snail to get my order and hand it to me. Because my lunch break is over I am stuck with no lunch. At least the others got to eat. If I wanted bread for lunch I would have made toast. These sandwiches are normally so good (I recommend them to everyone, just use a different location I guess) The ownership/management must have changed because this place is awful.
Ordering process was great and I understand if they were busy, but they weren’t (our order was done in about 25 minutes). The older man at the counter was rude to the man ahead of us and then to my husband. Definitely not a good start to a weekend. You should teach your employees a little customer service or not employ people that don’t want to be there. Worst service I’ve had in a very long time.
Most unprofessional people, I wonder why they have such a bad attitude.
As a owner i'm highly surprised to see the manager of this location hostile to their employees yelling at them. Aggressively snatching things from their hands. There are no please or thankyou. The enviroment is very hostile and I regret buying from this location. The manager seems like he does not want to be here or deal with anyone.l and by thr 100 comments it seems like it not going to get fixed.To the employees their are better opportunities you can have and be respected as a valued member.
Today I invited to some guest for dinner and I ordered 1 cheese pizza and 2 olive and pineapple pizza for all kids. My husband went to pick up the pizza and he didn't check and got the boxes. When I Starr serving 2 pizzas were mushrooms and pineapple and my guests were upset because they are mushroom allergic. My kids also mushroom allergic. So we never order mushroom pizza. All were upset on dining table. And I was feeling ashamed I front of my guests. Because my plan was spoiled. I asked to my husband to go back and talk to sammamish Domino's store manager. But he simply refused to exchange and started yelling on my husband because we are indian. He said you people do like this always. I want to mention here we are Domino's regular customers. Since I was in India I love only Domino's pizza. But infront of my guest it was so embarrassing moment. Then I called to the store manager to request for change the pizza but he started talking rudely with me . I asked him we are your regular customers. But he rudely respond. I want to request to the management for improve the customer service and these type of manager doesn't deserve the customer service job. I am really really very upset with today's incident. And now stop ordering to Domino's brand.
