Sub Runners

Seems as if they cater to the locals and I hope that I’m wrong. Thirty minute wait for fries and jalapeño poppers. I asked for cheese and chili for the fries and got burnt cheese lol. I’ve only came twice and the cashiers seem like I’m speaking Mandarin. Then a long wait for simple fries and jalapeño poppers. I couldn’t even eat as I had to get back to work. I don’t think I’ll be returning. And the shrimp burger I tried a few weeks ago was laughable lol. A beef patty with tiny shrimp is not a shrimp burger lol.

I called sub runners during the week from Connecticut because I was coming down for a lacrosse tournament. I needed to feed about 50 people. The man who answered was John and he was extremely helpful, talking me through the menu items and making sure I had enough for all of the people I was feeding. Once I arrived in Maryland, I stopped to make sure everything was good and change pick up to delivery which everyone was super accommodating about. Everything was packaged and delivered perfectly. It was right on time and the food was delicious. The cookies were especially great because they were all homemade and the wings were a huge hit with our kids. The presentation was amazing subs were delicious!

Since I have lived in the area I have tried many other restaurants and SubRunners had always delivered Quality to my door each and every time. Great service, great food and always delivered with appreciation and a excellent attitude. Subrunners is the spot for me. Five stars across the board. PS You gotta try The Texan you won 't be disappointed.

First off the delivery was 20 minutes Early. Mozz sticks were great as was the rest of the order. Wish I had a picture of the Western Cheesesteak ....so much meat! Pizza Steak was just as yummy. Bread pudding,Best ever from the lady in my life. Top notch part was all container were taped( marinara and pudding)

So I ordered a delivery and honestly how hard is to make a cheeseburger with lettuce tomato pickles fried onions and ketchup. What i got was a cheeseburger with just fried onions on it. So I called immediately and a person who didn't even tell me their name and I told her my problem. She ok hold on. So I'm guessing that the next person that came on the line was the manager don't know bc she didn't tell me her name either. I told her my problem she asked me to verify my phone number and proceeded to tell me she will resend it when she gets a driver and from start to finish it took a hr to get my food and now another 37 minutes to get the remake finally my food
