Hendrix Barbecue - Salisbury

We called in a to go order when we got home it was completely wrong, when we called back they said if you can come back we will correct it. We drove back only for them to tell us that we were suppose to bring the old food so we had to drive home and get the food from the trash to take it back to Hendricks just so we could have our lunch! Never eating there again!

Treat of the day. Talk about a sandwitch!!!! and I ordered small., the small is large. and with fries., I got a PECK of FF. (small olrder) Great BBQ and slaw., I left the girl a tip. She said THANKS like she really meant it., I told her it was worth that just to see the legs of the pretty girls in shorts., WOW. great waite staff. pant pant.... IT WAS ALL GOOD.,

The food and service at Hendrix BBQ were satisfactory during my recent visit. However, I was surprised by an unexpected 3.99% Convenience Charge added to my credit card payment, including on the tip transaction. It would have been helpful to have been informed about this charge in advance to make alternative payment arrangements. Despite this issue, the overall experience at Hendrix BBQ was enjoyable, with friendly staff and a nostalgic retro decor.

You charge for food I did not get after your waitress assured me it was in the bag. Gave a $10 tip for nothing and I will never be back to a place that steals from its customers.

I will give Hendrix BBQ 2 thumbs up !
