Panera Bread - SAINT PETERSBURG

Panera is Panera. If you like Panera this is just a good as you would expect. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. My complaint with this place is that I like to use the liquid sugar in my tea and I have been here multiple times and it is neverout where I can get it. I have to ask the staff for it and they are pleasant when they give it to me. It would make much moresense to have it out where people can get it without asking for it.

We've always had good service and quality food at this location in spite of the problem with shortage of staff or new staff that some have complained about. The staff who prepare orders have challenges but all in all they're doing the best under thecircumstances. If there is a mix-up they compromise quickly and correct.

So once again this location was a disappointment. Twice Door Dash deliveries were wrong as the bacon was left off. Second time we called and received a voucher. Went in tonight to use it and watched them make it to verify bacon was put on. As the youngman was making it another employee was talking to him distracted him a bit I then saw him touch the entire top of his hat withhis gloved hand. I called out to him to ask him to please change his glove as he is making a sandwich. He apologized and did sobut some young girl comes from another section and tells me not to yell. I assured her I was not yelling I raised my voice so hecould hear me over the fans and he agreed and was not upset. They finished the sandwiches and then this same young girl gave meour sandwich with complete total attitude. I've had it with this location. Trust me if I was yelling they would have known it.Terrible customer service as I believe one of the people behind the counter was a supervisor.

The employees who prepare jobs have challenges, but everything they do best under the circumstances. If there is a mix-up, they compromise quickly and correctly.
