Milk Tea Cafe - Saint Paul

DC2 has gone through many renovations since its opening. I've always enjoyed their food and pho despite what many say, it's not Viet flavor broth and doesn't claim to be. Recommend the Pork w/ Ong Choy, Kapaw beef, fried rice, and BBQ beef brisket (with some fat/lard).

The food is decent here. I love the padthai dish the pork belly. The Service could be better though.

Every dish I tried was absolutely delicious. The customer service was also exceptional. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I absolutely love the food here! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the portions are generous, so be ready to take some leftovers home. Update (6/26/22): I'm still a fan of this place! They have done some remodeling since my last visit.

When I'm in the mood for beef brisket and kapoon and don't want to drive too far, this is my go-to spot.
