Food is always good. The music is switched off. If you cannot speak in a normal tone to order, and they do not hear, then it is time to turn it off.

I usually order delivery once or twice a week. My order has always been correct, fast, and everyone whom has delivered my food has been really nice. Wish I could recall the guy's name who takes my deliveries around noon every Tuesday. He's great!

Do not expect timely delivery from this restaurant. They are consistently slow and often excuse their delays by claiming they have only one driver, which seems to be an ongoing issue. The last few times I ordered, it took about an hour for my food to arrive.

During my last order, we found ourselves wondering about the status of our food three separate times, each time receiving a new excuse. Two hours later, the manager called to inform us that they couldn't fulfill our order. We mentioned that we had taken advantage of a promotion for free delivery and a sandwich, which we never received. I decided to give them another chance today, but they forgot the chips. When I contacted the driver, he simply said he didn't know what to say and suggested I call the store. If I could give a negative rating, I definitely would! The customer service is TERRIBLE. I will NEVER order from this store again!

This is the only fast food restaurant I've been to where they were out of something. Additionally, don’t expect timely delivery if you order ahead of time. I’ve waited for 1.5 hours multiple times despite being just half a mile away. When I do place an order, it should be ready when expected. I’ve learned my lesson, but they definitely don’t live up to their claims of speedy service.
