Contribuiți la feedbackThis was a horrible place to eat. The onion soup had a thick layer of grease, the nachos were stale and the onions and jalepeno were dried out and mouldy. The pizza cheese tasted bad. Service was slow. And the bathrooms were disgusting. Considering covid is still around this place was not clean
At 6:15, I still had not received my food, so I called again. This time, a different person answered and put me on hold to check on the status of my order. After a few minutes, the original person got back on the line and I had to repeat my question about the whereabouts of my food. I was told that it had just left and that they had tried to contact me but were unable to reach me due to an incorrect phone number (which was true). They assured me that the food would be arriving in about 15 minutes. As I write this, it is now 6:40 and my food still has not arrived. I now regret two things: prepaying for the order to minimize contact due to Covid, and ordering from this restaurant. If the food does not arrive before 7pm, I will be filing a serious complaint. Just for your information, we have visited the restaurant in person before, and the experience was not much better.
We visited the restaurant on February 6th at 7:30pm. We were greeted and seated promptly due to a snowstorm. The server was very good and the restaurant had lots of TVs, although the sound was too loud. The restaurant was clean and the washrooms were good. The decor was very nice. The food came quickly, but there were some issues with our order. I ordered a salad but received fries instead. Our friend found a hair in their drink and my son did not receive his fries. The salads were not fresh, with discolored lettuce. Unfortunately, there was no adjustment made to our bill for these mistakes. Additionally, our orders were mixed up and we were all charged incorrectly. On a positive note, there was plenty of parking and the location was convenient, near the hotel and rink. The staff were bilingual and friendly. I would be willing to give them another try, as I believe it was just a series of unfortunate events. However, they should have a system in place for when things go wrong, such as having the manager come to the table and providing complimentary items for multiple mistakes. Thank you.
The food and service were both good during our two visits, but there were rumors of the restaurant closing when we were there. We hope that this is not the case, as we had an enjoyable experience. We have not returned since, so we are unsure of the current status of the restaurant.
There's two sections to Boston Pizza, one that is very family oriented and the other where everyone without kids go to the bar section.
