Kfc - Saint Cloud

Always dirty. Food is mediocre ?. Service usually bad.

I have no idea what happened to this place, but the last 6 months this place has been going downhill. Service meets the minimum standards but the food has just gotten BAD!

I placed an online order for pick up and as I’m waiting for my food the guy at the register grabs a bag, licks his thumb to open the bag and place the food containers inside. I went up to get the food and told him to not to be doing that when handling the food or containers. He obviously didn’t like me calling him out on it and just turned his head and ignored me. His attitude is as disgusting as he is. If this type of things are happening in front of customers I can only imagine what’s going on in the kitchen. I’m not trying to slander a place of business but maybe if they read this they’ll consider retraining their staff. I won’t be going back to this place.

This place used to be good but recently their food quality has gone down the drain with prices going up! I ordered a 12 pc chicken strips. Cost 27.59 with tax. The food was cold and dry to where we almost choked on it. To be honest this was the worst spent money I’ve ever spent! I will not be coming back. Did I mention having to wait 35 min in the drive thru. Unfortunately St. Cloud doesn’t have many places to eat.
