The non-veggie items were chicken adobo, beef mechado steamed rice. The veggie dishes were curried squash with green beans, chop suey, vegetarian lumpia, pancit and a mango salad. The chicken adobo was bland and if I am being honest, it just tasted like an unseasoned chicken. The pancit was very upsetting because it tasted like it contained partially cooked noodles and definitely lacked salt...it almost tasted like a chopped salad. The lumpia was soggy (but you can't expect crispy in a catered lunch). I did like the curried squash, but didn't get any green beans. I didn't taste the chop suey. I think the one dish our diverse company enjoyed (but I didn't try) is the beef mechado. I know one can't expect a lot for catered lunches, but I was hoping the food here would have brought the flavor profiles filipino food is beginning to be known for.
Very tasty and satisfying. Tasted homemade, or how I imagine it would taste if you had a Filipino mama and you went home for dinner. Very nice and filling. Will visit again!
Kuyas is hard to find but worth the effort! Everything on their menu is made from scratch the longanisa was especially delicious. We had pork chan, tocino, longanisa and the chicken adobo flakes, split between rice bowls and noodle bowls. The breakfast bowls are a little smaller than the other bowls, just to note. The owners were super patient explaining the menu and taking our order, and everything was cooked perfectly. We've also had their calamango juice at the Cambrian farmers' market and it's so refreshing and tasty. We are looking forward to going back and trying more dishes!

Found this place on Yelp, and wanted to come here for a quick meal to pickup. We were a little surprised that they only have pickup and no sitdown, but we ordered on our phone in our car and waited. We got the Sisig Home Made Longanisa Breakfast Bowl and Chicken Mamanok Rice Bowl. Unfortunately they were out of quite a lot of things, we would've wanted to try some of their ube desserts or some other dishes. The person helping out with our order pickup recommended the flakes. My boyfriend did the pickup so I didn't directly talk to them, but the staff sounded nice. The order took a little bit longer than expected to finish (about 5-10 minutes after the expected time). The bowls came with small sides of pickled carrots and radish, as well as a small side of vinegar. Overall the food was pretty good. The chicken sauce was on the lighter side, though it was cooked well and had a decent portion of it. The longanisa bowl was smaller, but it was saucier and more flavorful. I might try this again if I'm in the area and if they have more of their dishes available, especially for a nice simple meal to pickup.
