Downtown Vine - Sacramento

Everyone here is passionate, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They know their wine, alcohol and beer! CA is blessed with tons of large wine and liqueur shops, but Downtown Vine is my go-to if I want to browse a special occasion bottle, a gift, or just a curated selection of great wines.

I was twice at events in Downtown Vine and there's only one thing to say YUMMY WINE! When I first went to dinner with Michael Mondavi for a winemaker. The food and wine were spectacular, and he was friendly, informative, interesting, a perfect lunch companion for the group. Last week I went for her winemaking start again great people, good wine, good food. Every day they offer a wine class at 2 o'clock. Most days at 2:00, I should work, but I think I'm going to play addictive again and again. If you are looking for a large wine bar, or wine tasting or even a place to ship the wine you buy in Napa or the foothills, this is your place.

Great atmosphere, wonderful, well-equipped staff. Wonderful food best grilled cheese in town, seriously. If you want a wine experience, this is the place for you!

The staff was friendly, I enjoyed the decor. We arrived an hour before they were closing so there wasn’t a lot of people in the facility and I didn’t get a chance to try other wines. The overall experience was good, but the cab I ordered wasn’t the best. I’m willing to go again and try other wines.
