If this restaurant wants a better rating, they should teach employees how to do customer service, including at the drive-thru.

Asked for crispy fries with my meal and I got soggy fries, dipped in the grease and pulled up.... No ice were the customer and get it... U have to ask.... No ketchup were u can get... U have to aak..... The cook woman is on her phone texting.... VeryUnprofessional and very dirty

It sucked tonight, went thru drive-thru and waited for 25 minutes for our food at the window. The poor people behind us in-line, possibly waited longer. We didn't check the food we received and that was a mistake, the burgers were nasty, plain and simple. Missing the ingredients. The condiments were pretty cold also. The drinks were good, but paying $45 for a tea and diet coke, ridiculous...

Ice cream cakes is why I go here, they are amazing and great price.

DQ of Russellville is always a friendly place to go in or pu a tasty, good meal whether it is a cheeseburger special or biscuits gravy, food is yummy. Their special ice cream is wonderful we get their special occasion ice cream cakes for birthdays or Special Luncheons with Family Friends. Been going there for years will continue!!! Thanks.....
