Woody's Diner - Russells Point

We refrained from ordering for a while due to multiple instances of our orders being incorrect, but we decided to give it another shot today. Unfortunately, they forgot part of our order, although we did check before leaving the restaurant. The wings also came with the wrong sauce, and I received blue cheese instead of ranch. Additionally, my daughter ordered a cheeseburger, and it was very undercooked in the middle.

I ordered the roasted chicken, but what I received was just greasy chicken along with limp, greasy fries. The bag was overstuffed, causing my salads to spill onto the car floor. My partner's shrimp dinner consisted of just 8 soggy, frozen shrimp, and it cost nearly $27. I expected much better for that price. One thing I'm noticing about the place near Indian Lake is that they don't seem to take care of their customers when they come back.

No masks in the carry out window. Masks are required in Ohio!!! Protect me as well as yourself as I protect us both with my mask. Food was good.

The place is a joke service sucks and way over priced if they mess up your order you have to pay again. Joke avoid at all costs
