Mi Rancho - Rupert

My husband, grandson and I stopped there heard how good the food and service is. As we waited to be seated, a waitress pointed us to a booth we sat there for 15 mins, she and another waitress walked past our booth twice asking other tables next to us how their food was and did they want refills. While sitting a third waitress seated another customer gave them a menu and took their drink order. She looked our way but did nothing. They were not busy there were a total of 7 sets of customers counting us and the ones that came in behind us. Cant say if food is good but the service is horrible. Next time we want Mexican we will drive to Beckley WV which is further away where we know the service and food is good. Service: 1

I’ve said it since they first opened at their old location, this is the best Mexican food restaurant in the area. I live closer to Lewisburg with more options, and will choose to drive to Rupert just to eat here. The service is better. The food is better. The drinks are better. You can’t beat it! Also, the Cheesesteak burrito is massive, but so worth it!!!
