Contribuiți la feedbackI love many things about BJs. Compared to other large grocery stores, it is faster. I love the money back with my card. Many great purchases. I love lamb dogs and organic chicken.
Terrible, terrible place. My son, who has psychological challenges, did a job there, I can't begin to tell you how terrible he was treated. He was racistly discriminated. The branch manager James kew, which went on with the company and nothing was done to the dept manager. Unless your Spanish does not go there to work there... people quit daily and the company is aware and they do nothing. A terrible place to work.
I went online and ordered a bed on 17. May 2021 (first order with BJ's) and after numerous phone calls and many excuses from BJ's phone staff, I found today on 11th June 2021 found that my order was canceled. Although I waited for 23 minutes, I didn't get a clear explanation why the order was canceled and I didn't get my money back. I went online and found the VP email address and sent him an email about the Fiasco with my order. I don't understand how they can make so much wrong with this simple order.
Opened up the 5% cash rewards credit card. When I found out it was 29% interest I said no I don't want this card same moment. This was in Nov. 2019. Comenity Bank keeps sending me a bill that renews my BJs membership. Only thing is I pay my membership with my debit card. Also , my Comenity credit card is closed. This raises two questions; 1- why is BJs charging a closed credit card account and my membership is current)? 2- why is Comenity Bank letting a vendor BJs) charge a closed account? They cannot answer. 5 months in a row and now I refuse to call Comenity or BJs because they are so incompetent and don't care. It's in the hands of the BBB now. BJs sucks Comenity Bank also
Pick up service is horrible. no ever picks up the phone. you can sit over 30 minutes waiting for someone to bring out groceries. its ridiculous
