It's a fantastic spot for ice cream, although it tends to be quite crowded most of the time.

I wouldn't recommend ordering ice cream from Rouse Hill via DoorDash. They canceled my order, and DoorDash kept the payment as credit because their customer service policy seems to be borrowed from an airline. I'm sure the ice cream is good, but I've never had the chance to try it since I've attempted to order delivery twice and both times ran into issues.

The establishment stopped serving customers at 9:40 PM, even though the stated closing time is 10 PM. This is very disappointing as I arrived just twenty minutes prior. The ice cream is good, but the customer service leaves much to be desired.

Terrible service and a poor attitude. I visited the store today to buy ice cream for my kids. The young staff appeared very fatigued and skipped over me, even though I was second in line (the first customer had already been served). When I pointed out that I was next, she just ignored me. I'm not sure how this store expects to stay in business; if they continue providing such bad service, I doubt they'll last long.

Friendly staff that are always happy to help you decide between flavours and offer taste tests. The icecream never fails to hit the spot and the toppings are never scarce. I got the starlight sundae to support the foundation
