Absolutely great! I HATE bbq sauce or any sause on meat, but although the brisket doesn't need it, I tried it, and it just made great brisket, fantastic. Awesome!
Absolutely the best bbq I've eaten. The meat was moist. tender and tasty. The smoke ring and crust was perfect and not overly seasoned. The best brisket and you should try it!
Best brisket EVER and is a must try! And their in-house made “sriracha-q sauce” compliments the brisket flavors so well!
Ordered smoked turkey breast and sausage for our Christmas meal, and we’re so happy we did. Both were amazing and a big hit with the family!
