Staplecross Shrub Centre - Rother

I always enjoy visiting this garden center, they have a great variety of plants available. The train car café is also a wonderful place to grab a bite to eat.

After a recent renovation, this restaurant now offers a unique dining experience inside a railway car. The food was delicious and they also have a wide variety of plants and garden decor for sale. It sounds like they are still working on renovations and will soon have garden buildings available for purchase as well as mini market stands with a mix of shops. Definitely worth a visit!

This place is amazing! My mother, who has mobility issues, visited today. We were able to borrow a mobility scooter so she could easily navigate and explore all the wonderful things this place has to offer. We even found a hairdresser here! They also have a wheelchair available making this place very accessible. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend prioritizing a visit here. Thank you very much. Brilliant!

What a wonderful garden center. excellent breakfast in an old railway car! Nice laugh. good, helpful staff that serves them. simple parking space. great prices! many small shops! very interesting old tram museum! that's a must!

What an amazing garden centre. We popped in today for wire and we were blown away by the kindness of the staff. My husband's glasses had broken on our drive to Bodiam Castle (hence the need for wire) the staff helped to ensure that my husband's glasses were secure and safe. Thank you so much! X
