$34 for just a plate, more vegetables than meat/rice and it was disgusting, I'm absolutely not

Two pas sew with chicken not fresh changed for pas sew with vegetables not edible last visit in life!

My food was burned and it costed way too much for what i got

I don't think they follow typical standards of the franchise. My chicken is brown and fatty, sometimes under cooked. They give sauces that are not on typical menu. This place is a disaster

The Tom Yum soup was absolutely terrible. I had to return it once because the chicken has a black spot (1cm squared) in it: they made a new soup. The chicken in this second one had a terrible after taste in it which prompted me to write this review because this is unacceptable. The service may be good and all but what about the food?Edit: the owner wants more details below. I have provided the details below. I think there is sufficient information for them to investigate.
