Mcdonald's - Rosemead

Walked in to have my order taken, no one even acknowledged that i was even they was completely ignored. Then one yells you can use the kiosk , if i wanted to use kiosk I would but i perfer not to at this time. Customer service here

I been here a few times years ago but I stopped coming to McDonalds for health reasons. I came in today for just a coffee when I’m assuming the gm is working. They give by far the best customer service I have ever seen at a McDonalds. I hope she does well and I hope her higher ups appreciate her efforts.

Do not go to this location and avoid going there! I would have give it 0 stars, as it is the worst service ever! This one manager in a blue shirt (I believe his name is Tim, last name starts with letter H. didn 't honor my Buy One Get One Free Sandwich promo receipt. As he didn 't know what was that at first, until I had to tell him about it. He also thought that location doesn 't accept it, when this location clearly accepts it. I had to argue back to him as a result, and he eventually was able to input the promo that I was able to pay for 2 McRibs I 've ordered. Once I paid and got the receipt, I had to argue back to him again one more time, after the receipt clearly has Buy One Get One Free Sandwich promo in that location afterwards.Besides that, this restaurant and parking lot is always crowded and packed there. Even though, there were sometimes homeless people over there. Like this one crazy lady (with/without glasses always loitering inside by one of the seats/tables sometimes. Managers and employees never really do anything to them at all. Never going to that location again!

Guy in blue shirt is so focused on talking to his coworkers, hands me my food in the drive thru without saying anything and just walks away and so focused on talking he forgot my chicken nugget
