Mcdonald's - Roseburg

The young brunette working the payment window at 2pm April 17 had a terrible attitude, wasn't personable at all. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was the guy working the 2nd window was incredibly nice. I understand it's McDonald's and I shouldn't expect much, but that girl needs to work the line if she can't even fake a smile.

We havent been to McDonald's in a while, first off, the shake machine wasnt working. Then we decided to order a few sandwiches, nothing big. Every sandwich was plain. No ketchup on the burger, no mayo or lettuce on the chicken sandwiches. At $5.25 for a chicken sandwich, it should at least have lettuce and mayo. And a $7 burger , should be more than meat cheese and bun. We did end up with 2 pickles out of three sandwiches. Very disappointing.

It was ok. There was no one there when we arrived.thatbis what made me disappointed. All the tables where dirty and the floor was sticky around the tables. The gentleman that we got our food from was nice and that was the best part. The chicken nuggets where fine but the burgers where made sloppy. Beings there where no customers they had time to make them right. I feel sorry for the cheer team coming in as we were leaving.

This particular visit was amazing! I made my order and the line was so long I was still sitting at the order kiosk when they thought I was another person. I was searching thru my wallet while I was waiting, and realized I didn't have my money. I relayed this to the person working drive thru, and they told me to go ahead and pull up to the window and they would take care of it. The manager on duty paid for my order for me!

Just walked in a watched an employee eat a French fry out of the fry holder they serve out of. This store is always very slow and the staff is always in a bad mood when I come here.
