Davids Tea House (sm Rosales)

This is on behalf of a customer who was on the verge of a medical emergency from an allergic reaction. Although it was pardonable that the staff was unaware that the customer was allergic to the fish mixed in with the fried rice, the fact that one of the restaurant's waitresses rubbed salt to the wound by poking fun at the customer's weight was disgusting and intolerable. That customer did not need to be body shamed. They needed assistance and a glass of water, which took ages to be provided upon their request. The situation could have been handled more professionally.

Food are great except Chopsuey . They just need to add a little bit more of vegetables in Beef Hofan.. portions are not that reasonable to the prices..

Love their food! especially their dimsum promo! great tasting their different dimsums at a super affordable price! do try it while the promo lasts and even afterwards...

OK food not to expensive like a canine atmhophsere tough. Staff is more busy with their phones and themselves but that seems to be the norm for a lot of service staff in this country as they pay them seriously low wages

Cozy atmosphere,clean super sarap ng foods...ang babait pa ng crew ,they are very friendly..
