Big Time Bagels - Ronkonkoma

First and last time I’d ever come here. What happened to being greeted properly and when asking a question getting a response instead of silence or an mumbled attitude answer? For $8 on 2 bagels the guy didn’t even add napkins in the bag and as for the bagels, they were stale and the cream cheese wasn’t fresh to me, scallion cream cheese had no flavor to it what’s so ever, very upsetting.

Great bagels but I went today under new management.Bagel a d bialy were just like the other long Island bagels decent.Nothing like a Brooklyn Bagel

Been going to this location for over 20 years. Big time to over a year ago or so and you know what, bagels are better then previous business ? .

Bagels are fresh and amazing,muffins and croissants are a big recommend to have from me. Probably the best bagel shop I’ve been to.
