Stellar restaurant!! I had dinner at De Stasio with friends and I can only say with serene certainty that this restaurant WILL BECOME FAMOUS!! Everything absolutely perfect... from the location, to the service, to the wine cellar up to, obviously, the food!! You don't go to this restaurant to eat but to cry with joy at every bite because each dish, made up of excellent raw materials (and you can feel it immediately) is a sensorial experience that has nothing to envy of the best starred restaurants. The staff is attentive, helpful and extremely scrupulous... the chef is an absolute artist who composes his own dishes with a rare passion and with the utmost dedication (and you can feel the result). There wasn't even a dish that I didn't find EXCEPTIONAL, from the bread (strictly homemade) to the dessert, everything was absolutely perfect!!! SINCERE CONGRATULATIONS
