As an American it probably sounds bad I went to Italy and got a burger, but hear me out. It was late and they were one of the latest places still open. The burger was as thick in the center as it was on the edges. The bun was huge and the meat of the burger went all the way to the edge of the bun and both of those alone can make or break it for me. I don’t know how many times in America we order a burger well done and the edges are cooked and center is still pink because it’s fat in the center. The buns were great covered in various seeds, and great and varied toppings on the burger. I really liked their jalapeño poppers and deserts. They were extremely hospitable especially to someone who knows very little Italian. They have my highest recommendation! Thanks Manuel Josie!
