It 's a shame, it was a place where I often went to study a few years ago and you could enter freely. Now they force you to pay 5 euros to enter: and you have to spend it on the same day. You didn 't spend it all, but only part of it?! They are valid as a credit when you return, but you will still have to add today 's 5 euros. I honestly didn 't understand this, I had kept the first coupon thinking I could use it a second time. The manager at the counter commented in a decidedly unpleasant way. 1) He first started by saying you don 't listen to me when I speak (referring to this mechanism). Well, you can see that many people don 't expect to have to pay just to enter a place to study, and perhaps they are taken aback and don 't immediately understand how it works. 2) He then continued by saying “if it were like you did, everyone would come here with the same coupon for a year... without consuming anything! There are expenses etc.” I understand it, but saying something like this with an annoyed and reproachful air is not the best attitude to have with a customer in front of you. I felt treated like a beggar, and what 's more not very smart. Due to my education I apologized by saying that everything was clear to me now. I studied and spent my 5 euros. I will never go back there again.
