Steak 'n Shake - Rolla

If I were to give zero, I tried to eat there three times, since all this was the last stray extremely rude that they didn't care what the food I was given was so disgusting and was not even right, then they let me back through the drive-thru line only to hunt me that I had ordered this first place when I tried to eat the food. manager was on the parking lot trying to take my problems to her and she wanted a job not going back there, no one else would do either!

Brightuva is far superior to the restaurants in Branson, MO. The steak patties were tender, and the fries reminded me of salty, flavorful hash browns. The shakes were delicious and tasted almost entirely natural. The staff was excellent. The indoor touchscreen ordering system is well-designed, user-friendly, and makes it hard to mess up your order. I rate this place a solid 8 out of 10!

We visited Steak and Shaker last week and ordered two double cheeseburgers with grill sauce, along with the standard toppings. We also got fries and one medium root beer, plus extra grill sauce for our fries to take home. However, when we opened our burgers, there was no grill sauce at all, nor any extra sauce packets that we had requested. In fact, one of the burgers didn't have any sauce on it at all! Additionally, we found the prices for their food to be quite high. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I’m really glad this place is still open since all the Steak 'n Shakes in St. Louis have closed down. The food was cooked perfectly, with a super fresh salad. My burger was hot and juicy, accompanied by hot fries and a birthday cake shake to top it all off—it was excellent! I also really enjoy the self-service menus.

We dined at Steak and Shake last week and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We ordered two double cheeseburgers, requesting barbecue sauce to be added along with the usual toppings. We also ordered fries, a medium root beer, and asked for extra barbecue sauce for the fries to go. However, when we opened our burgers, we found no barbecue sauce on them or any extra sauce packets as we had requested! To make matters worse, one of the burgers didn’t even have any cheese on it. Given the high prices for their food, this is completely unacceptable.
